मुख्यमंत्री उद्यम क्रांति योजना में शैक्षिक योग्यता और आयु सीमा में किया गया बड़ा परिवर्तन
जैसे कि आप सभी लोग जानते हैं कि मध्य प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा अपने राज्य के बेरोजगार युवाओं को रोजगार मुहैया करवाने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री उद्यम क्रांति योजना को शुरू किया गया था। इस योजना के तहत आयु सीमा अधिकतम 40 वर्ष थी और न्यूनतम शैक्षिक योग्यता दसवीं पास तक की थी। लेकिन अब एमएसएमई विभाग के सचिव और उद्योग आयुक्त पी नरहरि जी ने कहा है कि इस योजना में जारी आदेश अनुसार अब आयु सीमा को अधिकतम 45 वर्ष कर दिया गया है और शैक्षिक योग्यता न्यूनतम 8 कक्षा पास कर दी गई है।
Major change in educational qualification and age limit in Chief Minister Udyam Kranti Yojana
As you all know that the Chief Minister Udyam Kranti Yojana was started by the Madhya Pradesh government to provide employment to the unemployed youth of their state. The age limit under this scheme was maximum 40 years and the minimum educational qualification was up to 10th pass. But now Secretary of MSME Department and Industries Commissioner P Narhari ji has said that according to the order issued in this scheme, now the age limit has been increased to maximum 45 years and educational qualification minimum 8th class has been passed.
मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान जी का इस निर्णय को लेने का मुख्य लक्ष्य है कि अब प्रदेश में 45 वर्ष तक की आयु के सभी नागरिक के पास रोजगार हो। मुख्यमंत्री जी ने कहा है कि कम पढ़े लिखे कई नागरिक उस कौशल के धनी है जो डिग्री धारक के पास भी नहीं है। इसी बात को ध्यान में रखते हुए अब इस योजना के तहत न्यूनतम शैक्षिक योग्यता को 10वीं पास से 8वीं पास कर दिया गया है और अधिकतम आयु सीमा को 45 वर्ष कर दिया गया है।

Launch of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Udyam Kranti Yojana
Madhya Pradesh Udyam Kranti Yojana is operated by the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chouhan with the aim of providing self-employment to the youth of the state. This scheme will be launched by the Chief Minister on 5th April 2022. Loans will be made available to the youth through this scheme. The guarantee for the loan will be provided by the government. Apart from this, subsidy will also be provided on the interest of the loan. This scheme will be launched by the Chief Minister from Kushabhau Thackeray International Convention Centre, Bhopal. About 1 lakh youth will be provided the benefit of this scheme. The government will provide 3% interest subsidy per annum as financial assistance. मध्य प्रदेश मुख्यमंत्री उद्यम क्रांति योजना को मध्य प्रदेश के युवाओं को सेवा संबंधी व्यापार शुरू करने या फिर नए इंडस्ट्री लगाने में सहायता प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से आरंभ किया गया है। इस योजना के माध्यम से 1 लाख से लेकर 50 लाख तक का ऋण प्रदान किया जाएगा। जिसमें 3% की ब्याज सब्सिडी राज्य सरकार द्वारा प्रदान की जाएगी। इस योजना के अंतर्गत ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन की प्रक्रिया 10 जनवरी 2022 से आरंभ हो गई है।

Purpose of Madhya Pradesh Udyam Kranti Yojana
The main objective of MP Chief Minister Udyam Kranti Yojana is to encourage the citizens of the state for self-employment. Through this scheme, loans will be provided by the government to the citizens of the state without any guarantee. So that they can set up their own self-employment. Along with this, interest subsidy will also be provided by the government on the loan. Through this scheme the unemployment rate of the state will come down and the citizens of the state will become self-reliant and empowered. नवीन उद्यम स्थापित करने वाले उद्यमियों को प्रदान किया जाएगा योजना का लाभ
विनिर्माण इकाई और उद्यम स्थापित करने वाले युवाओं को ₹100000 से लेकर ₹5000000 एवं सेवा क्षेत्र के लिए ₹100000 से ₹2500000 तक का ऋण Udyam Kranti Yojana के अंतर्गत मुहैया कराया जाएगा। इस योजना का लाभ केवल नवीन उद्यम स्थापित करने वाले नागरिकों को ही प्रदान किया जाएगा। इस योजना के प्रावधान सभी वर्गों के आवेदक के लिए समान होंगे। केवल वही नागरिक इस योजना का लाभ प्राप्त कर सकते हैं जो किसी बैंक के किसी वित्तीय संस्था में डिफाल्टर ना हो।
इसके अलावा आवेदक द्वारा केंद्र और राज्य सरकार की किसी अन्य स्वरोजगार योजना का लाभ प्राप्त करने वाले नागरिकों को इस योजना का लाभ नहीं प्रदान किया जाएगा। जिस अवधि के लिए लाभार्थी का खाता एनपीए बना रहा है उस अवधि के लिए कोई ब्याज अनुदान प्रदान नहीं किया जाएगा। इसके अलावा ब्याज अनुदान की प्रतिपूर्ति वार्षिक अवधि पर की जाएगी। गारंटी फीस प्रचलित दर से अधिकतम 7 वर्षों तक मोरटोरियम अवधि सहित दी जाएगी। इस योजना का कार्यान्वयन सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम विभाग द्वारा किया जाएगा।
The benefit of the scheme will be provided to the entrepreneurs setting up new ventures
Under Udyam Kranti Yojana, loans ranging from ₹ 100000 to ₹ 5000000 and for service sector from ₹ 100000 to ₹ 2500000 will be provided to the youth setting up manufacturing units and enterprises. The benefit of this scheme will be provided only to the citizens who are setting up new enterprises. The provisions of this scheme will be same for all categories of applicants. Only those citizens can get the benefit of this scheme who is not a defaulter in any financial institution of any bank.
Apart from this, the benefit of this scheme will not be provided by the applicant to the citizens availing the benefit of any other self-employment scheme of the central and state government. No interest subsidy will be provided for the period for which the beneficiary's account remains NPA. Apart from this, the interest subsidy will be reimbursed on an annual basis. The guarantee fee will be given at the prevailing rate up to a maximum of 7 years along with the moratorium period. The scheme will be implemented by the Department of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
मध्य प्रदेश मुख्यमंत्री उज्जैन क्रांति योजना की घोषणा
मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान जी के द्वारा मध्य प्रदेश के 66वे स्थापना दिवस पर दो नई योजनाएं आरंभ करने की घोषणा की गई है। इन 2 योजनाओं में कुसुम योजना एवं मुख्यमंत्री उद्यम क्रांति योजना शामिल है। कुसुम योजना के माध्यम से स्थानीय निकायों को 2 मेगावाट सौर ऊर्जा संयंत्र स्थापित करने के लिए आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी। इसके अलावा सरकार द्वारा उनके द्वारा उत्पादित बिजली खरीदने की व्यवस्था भी की जाएगी। मुख्यमंत्री उद्यम क्रांति योजना के माध्यम से स्वरोजगार प्रदान करने पर जोर दिया जाएगा। इस योजना के माध्यम से युवाओं को अपना खुद का उद्यम स्थापित करने के लिए 1 लाख रुपया से लेकर 5 लाख रुपए तक का ऋण मुहैया कराया जाएगा। जिसकी गारंटी सरकार द्वारा प्रदान की जाएगी।

इस योजना को मध्य प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री श्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान जी के द्वारा आरंभ किया गया है।
इस योजना का शुभारंभ 13 मार्च को नगरोदय मिशन के उद्घाटन समारोह में किया गया है।
2021–22 के वित्तीय बजट की घोषणा के दौरान भी मध्य प्रदेश मुख्यमंत्री उद्यम क्रांति योजना को आरंभ करने की घोषणा की गई थी।
इस योजना के अंतर्गत मध्य प्रदेश के युवाओं को अपना खुद का उद्यम स्थापित करने के लिए ऋण उपलब्ध करवाया जाएगा।

Under Mukhyamantri Udyam Kranti Yojana 2022, the amount of benefit will be directly transferred to the beneficiary's account through Direct Benefit Transfer.
मध्य प्रदेश मुख्यमंत्री उज्जैन क्रांति योजना के प्रावधान
इस योजना का लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए आवेदक की आयु 18 से 40 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए एवं आवेदक द्वारा न्यूनतम 12वीं कक्षा उत्तीर्ण होनी चाहिए।
इसके अलावा परिवार की वार्षिक आय 12 लाख से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।
यदि आवेदक का परिवार आयकर दाता है इस स्थिति में उसकी पिछले 3 वर्षों की आयकर विवरण आवेदन के साथ संग्रालय होना अनिवार्य है।
केवल वहीं आवेदक इस योजना का लाभ प्राप्त करने के पात्र होंगे जो किसी बैंक या किसी वित्तीय संस्थान के डिफॉल्टर ना हो एवं राज्य या केंद्र सरकार के किसी अन्य स्वरोजगार योजना का लाभ लाभ प्राप्त कर रहे हैं।
इस योजना की मोरटोरियम अवधि 7 वर्ष होगी।
इस अवधि के दौरान हितग्राही का ऋण खाता एनपीए बना रहेगा।
इसके लिए कोई भी ब्याज अनुदान स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
सरकार द्वारा ब्याज अनुदान की राशि वार्षिक आधार पर प्रदान की जाएगी।
योजना की गारंटी फीस प्रचलित दर से अधिकतम 7 वर्षों तक मोरटोरियम अवधि सहित दी जाएगी।
इस योजना का कार्यान्वयन सूक्ष्म लघु और मध्यम उद्यम विभाग द्वारा किया जाएगा।
इसके अलावा इस योजना का कार्यान्वयन समेकित पोर्टल के माध्यम से किया जाएगा।
एमपी मुख्यमंत्री उद्यम क्रांति योजना की पात्रता
आवेदक मध्य प्रदेश का स्थाई निवासी होना चाहिए।
इस योजना का लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए न्यूनतम आयु 18 वर्ष एवं अधिकतम आयु 40 वर्ष निर्धारित की गई है।
आवेदक द्वारा न्यूनतम 12वीं कक्षा उत्तीर्ण की होनी चाहिए।
इस योजना का लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए आवेदक के परिवार की वार्षिक आय ₹1200000 या फिर इससे कम होनी चाहिए।
यदि आवेदक कर दाता है तो इस स्थिति में आवेदक द्वारा पिछले 3 वर्षों के आयकर विवरण आवेदन के साथ जमा किए होने चाहिए।
केवल नवीन उद्यम स्थापित करने वाले उद्यमियों को ही इस योजना का लाभ प्रदान किया जाएगा।
केवल वही नागरिक इस योजना का लाभ प्राप्त कर सकते हैं जो किसी बैंक या किसी वित्तीय संस्थान में डिफॉल्टर ना हो।
आवेदक द्वारा केंद्र या राज्य सरकार की किसी अन्य स्वरोजगार योजना का लाभ प्राप्त नहीं किया जा रहा हो।
