UP Anganwadi Bharti 2022 बेरोगारी का दंश झेल रहे युवाओं के लिए अब उत्तर प्रदेश की योगी सरकार ने नौकरी बांटने के लिए कमर कस ली है। सरकार जल्द ही प्रदेश में 52000 पदों पर आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं की भर्ती करने जा रही है। दरअसल प्रदेश में आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं के एक लाख 89 हजार 836 पद सृजित हैं, जिनमें से 60 साल की उम्र पूरी होने पर सेवानिवृत्ति, देहांत और अन्य कारणों से 52 हजार पद रिक्त चल रहे हैं।

इन आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं की सीधी भर्ती के लिए अभी तक 10वीं पास होना शैक्षिक योग्यता निर्धारित रही है। अब इसमें कुछ बदलाव भी किए जाने की चर्चा है। अब यह शैक्षिक योग्यता इण्टर निर्धारित की जा रही है। इस सीधी भर्ती में संबंधित जिले का मूल निवासी होना जरूरी है। 21 से 35 वर्ष की आयु सीमा तय है। भर्ती में सबसे पहले विधवा, फिर परित्यक्ता और उसके बाद गरीबी की रेखा के नीचे जीवन यापन करने वाले परिवार की महिला को वरीयता दी जाती है। जातीय आरक्षण भी लागू होता है।

शैक्षिक योग्यता में मेरिट में प्रतिशत के आधार पर भर्ती होती है। इसके अलावा विभाग में करीब छह हजार सुपरवाइजरों में से तीन हजार पद रिक्त चल रहे हैं। इन रिक्त पदों को पदोन्नति और सीधी भर्ती से भरा जाना है। आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकत्री से सुपरवाइजर के पदों पर भी पदोन्नति की जानी है। साथ ही 102 कनिष्ठ लिपिक से सहायक लिपिक, 200 वरिष्ठ सहायक से प्रधान सहायक, 42 प्रधान सहायक से प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों के पदों पर भी पदोन्नति की जानी है। मुख्य सचिव के आदेश हैं कि पदोन्नति की यह प्रक्रिया हर हाल में 30 सितम्बर तक पूरी कर ली जाए।
